Estimated payment breakdown-$2248.00-$2328.00/wk*-$600.00-$680.00
in weekly taxable income-$15.00/hr-$17.00/hr*Estimate assumes an 8
hour shift. Hourly rate may change based on shift length.-$1648.00
in non-taxable stipend*Actual amount subject to eligibility and
seasonal/annual adjustmentsIn-house therapy team, smaller daily
caseloads with emphasis on optimizing time with patients, high
acuity, AL and IL residents, and program and certification
support!Provides short- and long-term nursing and rehabilitation
services to the senior population in our community. Facility is

possible.Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities: - Develop and
implement the Physical Therapy plan of care for facility residents
and short-term patients. - Provide supervision, as needed, for
staff Physical Therapy Assistants in delivery of the PT plans of
care. - Assist as needed with patient screenings for the need for
Physical Therapy. - Communicate progress and any barriers toward PT
goals with interdisciplinary team members. - Complete timely PT
documentation in compliance with regulatory, licensing, and payor
requirements. - Assist with maintaining both the rehab gym
equipment and treatment area in a safe manner, using good infection
prevention methods. - Provide and document patient, family, and
caregiver training regarding each PT patient's specific plan of
care and recommendations for follow up.Education, Experience, and
Licensing Requirements:Current Texas licensure as a Physical
