Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Billing Refunds Specialist
responsible for handling refunds to insurance companies and
patients.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process refund requests in a timely manner
Post and record refunds accurately
Communicate with attorneys, no fault insurances, worker's
compensation, and the Veterans Administration as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience in cash posting or handling refunds
Strong mathematical ability
Ability to read and understand Explanations of Benefits (EOBs)
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable working with multiple monitors
