Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from
executed purchase agreement to closing
Participate in title/escrow, lending, and appraisal processes
Input transaction information and documentation into internal
systems
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience working in real estate
transactions
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required for ideal
candidates
Experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, Coda, Mode, and SQL preferred,
but not required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate openly and efficiently
