Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to manage accounting and
finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting activities and ensure timely and accurate
reporting
Manage general ledger closing and reporting processes on a monthly,
quarterly, and annual basis
Prepare analyzed financial statements for the CEO and Board of
Directors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; CPA
required
8+ years of experience in a CFO, Controller, or finance leadership
role
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and nonprofit accounting
Experience with early-stage financial operations and scaling
systems
Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools like
Tableau or Power BI
