Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager for National
Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and contract blue chip and large brokers for large employer
accounts
Analyze markets and implement effective marketing programs to
secure brokers
Develop relationships with brokers and assist in enhancing their
business opportunities
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
10 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
Ability to stay current on sales and marketing techniques and
industry regulations
Experience in recruiting, training, and motivating brokers
No supervisory duties associated with this position
