Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Accounts to
manage relationships with key clients and ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities
Support assigned clients to achieve growth, retention, and customer
goals
Cultivate trusted relationships with key executives and
stakeholders
Lead contract management and ensure compliance with service level
agreements
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years in client or account management leadership roles
5+ years of broad-based Health Plan experience
High emotional intelligence to connect with diverse
constituents
Ability to creatively solution in a dynamic environment
