Key Responsibilities
Own and lead Empower's cash transfer and investment management
experiences
Manage features including new initiatives, enhancements, and
maintenance of existing user experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product decisions
and improvements based on user feedback and data analysis
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of success in launching and iterating consumer
products
Experience in product management, particularly in personal finance
products or regulated industries
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
Ability to build strong relationships across functions within an
organization
Familiarity with investing fundamentals
