Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Payment Posting to oversee
the cash applications team within the RCM Department.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely posting of cash received, including
insurance payments and adjustments
Lead and manage the payment posting and credit resolution teams,
focusing on staffing and training
Monitor daily cash reconciliation and manage key performance
indicators for operational improvement
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical payment posting or
related field in a supervisory role
Thorough understanding of medical billing practices and payment
reconciliation
Proficient in medical billing software and electronic health record
(EHR) systems
Experience in implementing technology solutions for electronic cash
functionality
Ability to adapt to changing industry regulations and billing
updates
