A company is looking for a Director Associate, Global Real
Estate & Facilities Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain PMO standards and provide guidance to
regional Project Managers
Oversee global program initiatives, including planning, execution,
and risk management
Lead the Communication & Engagement Team, managing stakeholder
engagement and feedback analysis
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in global workplace strategy or space
management
Strong background in data-driven decision-making and technology
adoption
Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to both details
and the big picture
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or
certifications preferred
