Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to assist in
recruiting activities and goals for financial professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and driving the field office recruiting
plan
Proactively recruit and interview candidates, including passive
candidates
Create and maintain a candidate database while utilizing various
recruiting tools
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent skills and work
experience
2+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably focused on sales
representatives
1-2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
