Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to assist in
talent acquisition for various positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to
onboarding
Screen and interview qualified job applicants
Partner with hiring managers to build a strong, cohesive company
culture
Required Qualifications
A customer-service mindset with a proactive approach
Proficiency in technology and software, including Google Suite and
Microsoft Office
Experience in recruiting, especially in interviewing
(preferred)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
