Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports to build trust and address
issues proactively
Required Qualifications
Extensive technical background with expertise in software
development, systems engineering, or related fields
Proven experience guiding technical teams from ideation to
execution
Strong knowledge of investing, personal finance, and applicable
financial regulations
Ability to break down complex technical concepts for non-technical
audiences
Passion for team-building and mentoring with a focus on
