Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Analyst
specializing in Core Human Resources (HR).
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain the Oracle Cloud Core HR module to align
with HR policies and compliance requirements
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather
requirements and translate them into system configurations
Perform functional unit testing and support System Integration
Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required Qualifications
US Citizen or Greencard holder
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field preferred
and/or equivalent experience
8 years of work experience
3+ years of experience configuring and maintaining Oracle Cloud
Core HR
Strong understanding of Core HR processes and Oracle Cloud HR
workflows
