Key Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance on Employee Benefits law, including
ERISA
Assist in the design, establishment, maintenance, and operations of
retirement and welfare benefit plans
Ensure compliance with employee benefits laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
4-9 years of experience in Employee Benefits law
Strong knowledge of ERISA and related compliance requirements
Experience with various retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit
plans
Ability to work in a client-focused environment
