Job Description:

Our growing criminal defense law firm seeks to add another Legal Assistant, in our Midland TX office, to service our growing client base starting immediately. We operate a busy and highly successful practice with 17 offices supporting over 130 Attorneys. We primarily handle criminal defense misdemeanors and felonies, focusing on DWI cases. We operate as a highly cooperative and collaborative firm, helping to ensure all of our clients receive the best possible service. Our team is detail-oriented driving our growth into new and old markets.Responsibilities and duties:Assist clients via phone, email, and in person with questions or concernsProvide assistance to attorneys when requestedAct as liaison between court clerks and the firmEnter new clients into the case management system and maintain the fileFiling, backup phone operator & other clerical dutiesQualifications:Criminal Paralegal/Legal Assistant experience is a plus but not requiredBilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not requiredBenefits:Health, Dental & Vision insuranceLife & Disability insuranceFlexible spending accountPaid time off401(k) retirement planThe pay range for this role is:22 - 29 USD per hour(Midland Office)PI056677f6ebdd-25660-36559536
