Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to provide
legal guidance and support in commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities
Offer expert legal guidance on commercial matters including various
agreements
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements ensuring
compliance
Identify legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate them
in commercial transactions
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
8 to 12 years of experience in commercial transactions, preferably
in the medical technology sector
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial
agreements
Strong understanding of laws and regulations impacting the medical
technology industry
