Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Legal to navigate
the complex legal landscape of healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex contract negotiations with hospitals,
health systems, and payors
Provide expert legal counsel on healthcare regulations and ensure
compliance throughout the software development lifecycle
Lead legal efforts in M&A activities, including due diligence
and post-merger integration
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active State
Bar membership
Extensive in-house legal experience in healthcare technology
Minimum 8 years of legal experience focused on healthcare law and
contract negotiation
Deep understanding of the evolving healthcare regulatory
environment
Proven leadership experience in managing legal teams
