Key Responsibilities
Define and enhance the Design System to ensure quality and
consistency
Support high-impact projects by organizing design sprints and
mentoring other designers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and ship
impactful design opportunities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of product design experience in a consumer software
company
Proven track record of setting a vision for customer experiences
and ensuring high-quality delivery
Experience with user experience methods, prototyping, and design
frameworks
Strong interest in fintech and modern financial technology
products
Ability to drive alignment across teams and stakeholders
