position will support and assist with Odessa College's Academic
Partnerships area.Specific Position Duties: Answering phone calls,
helping with audits, forwarding/answering emails, messaging
students with our messaging software, assisting with graduation,
and other customer service duties.Minimum Qualifications: Customer
service skills. Ability to communicate effectively via telephone,
chat, and in person. High school diploma or equivalent.
