Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retailer Support Specialist to
provide exceptional customer service and support to retailers and
dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from customers and dealerships, ensuring
timely updates and resolutions
Manage requests for cancellation quotes, processing cancellations,
and transfers while adhering to service targets
Support claim payment processing and maintain accurate records of
customer interactions
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a Third Party Administrator or dealer
support environment
Demonstrated ability to maintain high quality scores for service
level agreements
Experience working in a customer-focused environment with a diverse
customer base
Effective team player with strong time management skills
Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and support
continuous improvement
