Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual 24/7 Clinical Navigation
and Support Care Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assess customers' immediate risk and needs, providing clinically
appropriate referrals
De-escalate situations and develop safety plans
Educate customers about their benefit plans and assist in
navigating access to care
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or PhD in a mental health field with current
independent licensure
Bilingual in Spanish required
5+ years of post-licensure experience in mental health or substance
use
Knowledge of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and relevant
criteria
Proficient with multiple software and system applications
