Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior People Insights Partner to
drive data-driven insights and strategies within the People and
Culture Team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and execute the People Insights strategy in collaboration
with executive leadership
Provide strategic, data-driven insights to senior leaders to
address complex business challenges
Lead data integration efforts and ensure accurate data capture
across HR functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years in data
analytics or HR analytics roles
3+ years of experience in synthesizing data from diverse sources
and developing data visualizations
Advanced experience with data management and ETL processes using
SQL or Python
Proven experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
and enterprise data warehouses
Familiarity with Alteryx and experience in enhancing business
insights through data analysis
