Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Strategy & Optimization
Lead to provide leadership and strategic guidance for improving the
effectiveness of the Commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the annual and long-range Commercial strategy
with the Chief Commercial Officer
Identify opportunities to improve commercial impact and lead
execution of associated initiatives
Enhance reporting and tracking tools to inform commercial strategy
and tactics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRO, biotech/pharma, or life
sciences consulting
Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Project, MS PPT, and Excel
Willingness to travel up to 35% as required
Preferred: MBA or MS
