Matter Expert.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the
integration process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support to address
client inquiries and challenges
Develop and deliver training sessions to clients, enhancing their
understanding and utilization of technology
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
3+ years of experience in client support, technical support, or a
similar role
Strong understanding of SaaS applications and technical integration
processes
Experience training and supporting clients in a technology-based
environment
Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
