A company is looking for a Windows and Mac OS Desktop
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general desktop, user, and hardware support
Conduct proactive system maintenance, including backup
solutions
Offer connectivity and troubleshooting support for networks and
servers
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Windows Operating System and Mac OS
Experience with remote software technologies and VPN
connectivity
Knowledge of TCP/IP LAN networks and general network
troubleshooting
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, GSuite, and various cloud
platforms
Ability to learn quickly and stay updated on the latest
technologies
