Job Description:
A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Communication
Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate phone calls between deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals
and hearing individuals
Utilize computer communication software to transcribe and relay
conversations
Adapt to varying schedules influenced by call volume
fluctuations
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Typing speed of 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy to qualify
for training
Ability to work various schedules including weekdays, weekends,
evenings, and holidays
