Key Responsibilities
Communicates custom workflows to the operations team and manages
escalations related to service issues
Researches and resolves inquiries received in the assigned client's
custom inbox
Partners with implementation and training teams to ensure
operational knowledge is effectively communicated
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
Minimum of five years' experience in long-term disability
administration
Minimum of three years' experience in a client-support role
Experience managing Disability or Leave claims operationally
Experience in a client-facing position with mid to national size
clients' disability/leave programs
