Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Claims Adjuster II to handle
property claims efficiently and independently.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and document property claims, including policy reviews
and negotiating settlements
Communicate claim updates and decisions to relevant parties
Act as a resource for less experienced staff and support
catastrophe response as needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of property claims experience
Estimating skills
Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license if
not required
Strong organizational abilities
Empathetic interpersonal skills
