Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk responsible
for daily processing of billings.
Key Responsibilities
Review and record system and manual checks into Accounting and Bank
modules
Ensure all payments have proper approvals/coding and required
supporting documents are filed accordingly
Process manual ACH and wires and input outgoing ACH/wires into the
A/P system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with Accounting/Finance coursework preferred
1-2 years of relevant experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excel proficiency preferred
Oracle experience preferred
