A company is looking for a Contact Center Operations Analyst II to analyze and improve contact center operational processes.



Key Responsibilities

Analyze contact center data to identify risks and prepare reports for management
Develop and implement strategic business solutions based on data analysis
Create and maintain dashboards to assess operational performance and identify improvement opportunities


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience
Experience in a contact center environment with data analysis expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Ability to work PST hours
Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
