Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Claims Production to
manage multiple Claims Production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Guide team metrics related to member and provider satisfaction,
quality of care, and employee satisfaction
Coach direct reports through a culture of feedback and development
to enhance member/provider experience
Manage daily team needs including hiring, training, inventory
levels, and scheduling for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
3+ years of direct experience in claims operations (production,
adjustments, disputes, reconsiderations)
3+ years of medical claims processing experience
2+ years of experience using claims data to identify trends,
including inventory management
3+ years of health plan experience in operational domains such as
configuration, provider services, or member services
(preferred)
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
