Job Description:
A company is looking for a Zuora/CPQ Analyst to support and
enhance business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in technical support and administration for Salesforce,
Zuora, Workday Finance, and Spring CM/DocuSign
Troubleshoot and analyze production environment issues, performing
corrective actions
Document support activities and provide cross-training for team
members
Required Qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in a support or analyst role with
Salesforce, Zuora, Workday, Spring CM, or DocuSign
3-5 years of experience writing and communicating technical and
functional requirements
Self-starter with a desire to learn new concepts and technology
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
