Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Analyst
specializing in Talent & Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage Oracle Cloud Talent Management and
Compensation to align with business strategies
Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to translate
requirements into system configurations
Perform functional unit testing, regression testing, and support
SIT/UAT
Required Qualifications
US Citizen or Greencard Holder
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field preferred
and/or equivalent experience
8+ years of work experience
3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle
Cloud Talent Management and Compensation
Strong understanding of Compensation Cycles, Workforce
Compensation, and Performance Management
