Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Service Representative to
provide support to members and providers regarding health
plans.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to a high volume of incoming calls from members and
providers
Utilize resource materials to accurately interpret and resolve
customer inquiries
Document calls and maintain knowledge of company contracts and
policies
Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree
preferred
Prior professional work experience, ideally in customer service
Ability to work from home with a high-speed internet connection
Regular and reliable attendance is required
Willingness to work overtime during peak periods
