Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Service Center Support
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Takes incoming calls from injured workers seeking medical
attention
Ensures injured workers have all necessary paperwork for
treatment
Provides administrative support for routine back office tasks such
as data entry and document verification
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to multi-task
Computer skills
Knowledge of medical terminology
Bilingual Spanish - Fluent (preferred)
