Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capital Markets Manager to source,
negotiate, and execute third-party capital financing for solar
development.
Key Responsibilities
Execute third-party capital financing including construction debt,
term debt, and tax equity financing
Maintain relationships with investors and support financial and
risk analysis for development and asset management teams
Design standardized valuation procedures and coordinate with legal
and structuring departments for project data accuracy
Required Qualifications
5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, project
finance, or related sectors; solar experience is a plus
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for renewable
project finance transactions
Previous leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics required; MBA
preferred
Ability to interface with various levels and functions within the
organization and with external parties
