Job Description:
A company is looking for a Family Concierge Coordinator,
responsible for managing a caseload and providing support to
families.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and prepare care plans and resources for families
Assist the Family Concierge team with documentation and special
projects
Meet customer satisfaction goals and manage daily communications
with clients
Required Qualifications:
3 years of relevant professional experience
High School Diploma
Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
Case management experience is a bonus but not required
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred
