Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager to oversee
client and case management in a remote part-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming veterinary radiology and telemedicine cases,
including urgent cases
Monitor caseloads and communication systems continuously
Coordinate services between clients and radiologists/specialists
through effective communication
Required Qualifications
Knowledge and/or experience in the veterinary industry
Experience with digital medical imaging is desirable but not
essential
Experience working with international clients is a plus
Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and
word-processing software
Reliable and organized with excellent time management skills
