Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Generalist for a law firm,
working 100% remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Administer health and benefit plans, ensuring accurate
record-keeping and compliance
Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for
employees
Champion firm culture and lead employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of HR experience in a law firm
Experience with HR and payroll compliance in multiple states,
especially California
Proficiency with payroll systems software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree required; PHR/SHRM Certification preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
