Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Servicing Specialist -
Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls on past due customer accounts to resolve
delinquency
Research delinquent accounts and determine the best course of
resolution actions
Process payments over the phone and provide relief options to
customers in hardship
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing,
or related field OR relevant applicable experience
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and email
Availability for two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift
every five weeks
Professional phone presence and ability to handle stressful
conversations
Strong typing skills
