Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Assistant to provide post-sale
support and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries post-order,
ensuring effective communication
Monitor open orders, address discrepancies, and manage returns and
exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide timely shipping updates and assist with technical
information and product recommendations
Required Qualifications:
Friendly demeanor with a customer-first attitude
Highly organized and self-starter with a commitment to accuracy
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles

Familiarity with order management and basic technical
troubleshooting
