Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Support Specialist to provide
exceptional service and solutions to billing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide billing support to healthcare providers and administrative
teams via phone, email, and chat
Resolve technical issues related to billing and claims processing
and assist users in navigating the software
Utilize Salesforce to log and manage customer support cases while
ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree
preferred
Minimum of 12 months experience in customer support, technical
support, or billing support
Experience in the medical billing or healthcare industry
Understanding of medical billing workflows and insurance claims
submissions
Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and knowledge of HIPAA compliance
preferred
